Bidvest is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Bid Services
Division (Mauritius) Limited, has concluded an agreement, subject to conditions,
with a subsidiary of GVK Power & Infrastructure Limited, for the sale of half of
its economic interest in Mumbai International Airport Private Limited. The
agreement is subject to a number of regulatory and other approvals. It is
anticipated that the transaction should have a positive impact on headline
earnings of the group in this financial year. Further announcements regarding
the conclusion of the transaction will be made in due course.
This forecast has not been reviewed or reported on by Bidvest`s auditors.
