The Directors of Hyprop Investments Limited have declared a debenture interest
distribution payable on the Monday, 28 March 2011 of 183 cents per unit. Due
to this distribution the strike price of the above warrant will be adjusted
and the announcement thereof will be made accordingly on the ex-distribution
date, being Friday, 18 March 2011.
