RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders
of Austro held on Tuesday, 1 March 2011, ordinary resolution number 1 in respect
of a general authority to issue shares for cash was withdrawn. All of the
remaining resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of Austro
shareholders.
