RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of The Don held
today, all the resolutions set out in the notice of annual general meeting were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
Furthermore, shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of The Don
held today, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the
circular to shareholders issued on 4 February 2011, all the resolutions to adopt
the amendments to the The Don Group Limited Share Purchase Scheme were passed by
the requisite majority of shareholders.
