SUBSCRIPTION FOR STAPLED SECURITIES IN CROMWELL PROPERTY GROUP ("CROMWELL")
Linked unitholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 24
February 2011 and in the press on 25 February 2011 in terms of which linked
unitholders were advised that RIN had through its 82% held subsidiary Redefine
Australian Investments Limited("RAIL") entered into a call option agreement
("the call option agreement") in terms of which RAIL had agreed to subscribe for
the lesser of 35 000 000 stapled securities or that number of stapled securities
which would result in RAIL holding 22.9% of Cromwell ("the transaction").
Linked unitholders are advised that Cromwell has on 2 March 2011 called on RAIL
to subscribe for 35 000 000 stapled securities and pay the subscription amount
of AUD24 748 500 in terms of the call option agreement. Accordingly, all
conditions precedent to the transaction have now been fulfilled.
