ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RMHIDD ZAE000152401
As advised in the announcement made by the Issuer on 25 February 2011, as a
result of the RMB Holdings Limited ("RMBH") corporate action, an adjustment to
the Terms and Conditions of RMHIDD will be required in order to the leave RMHIDD
Holders in the same financial position as prior to the unbundling.
In order to determine the effect of the unbundling on the value of RMHIDD, it is
necessary for the Issuer to ascertain the value of the RMI shares, which
commence trading on Monday, 7 March 2011.
Therefore, Holders of RMHIDD will be notified on Tuesday, 8 March 2011 of the
final adjustment to the Terms and Conditions, which adjustment will be effective
on Wednesday 9 March 2011.
