APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms
Ramani Naidoo as Company Secretary and Group Governance Officer with effect
from 3 March 2011. Ms Naidoo takes over from Mr Hymie Shapiro, who retires
from this role to pursue other executive responsibilities within the Aspen
Group.
