CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) and 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that:
Mr Emad Al-Essa has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company,
with effect from 03 March 2011.
Mr. James Andrew Wilson has resigned from his position as director of the
Company, with effect from 03 March 2011.
The Company welcomes Mr. Al-Essa to the Board and wishes to thank Mr. Wilson for
his contribution during his tenure as Director.
