Amendment to the INTERIM DISTRIBUTION TO SHAREHOLDERS
The board is pleased to announce that an interim capital distribution of 4 cents
per share for the six months ended 31 December 2010 (2009: NIL) out of share
premium has been declared as approved by shareholders at the AGM held on 5
November 2010.
Shareholders are advised that the last day to trade cum the distribution will be
Friday, 25 March 2011. The shares commence trade ex the distribution as from
Monday, 28 March 2011 and the record date will be Friday, 1 April 2011. The
payment date is Monday, 4 April 2011.
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
28 March 2011 and Friday, 1 April 2011, both days inclusive.
