RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr. Francois Swart ("Francois")
has resigned as non-executive director of IQuad, with effect from 28 February
2011.
The board wishes to thank Francois for his valued contributions during his
tenure as a director of IQuad and wish him well in his future endeavours.
