DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BIL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BHP BILLITON PLC
ORDINARY SHARES (BIL) and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to BHP BILLITON PLC ORDINARY SHARES (BIL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a dividend amount of 316.99405 ZAR cents per BILNIG share
instalment that is payable on Thursday, 31 March 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend was Friday, 4 March 2011. The share
instalment is trading ex dividend from Monday, 7 March 2011. The record date is
Friday, 11 March 2011.
