RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Village shareholders are advised of the resignation of Mr. David Noko
as non-executive director of Village with effect from 28 February 2011. Notice
of Mr Noko`s resignation was received on Friday, 04 March 2011. Mr Noko
tendered his resignation in order to focus on personal interests.
The board of directors of Village wishes to thank Mr. Noko for his valued
contributions during his tenure as a non-executive director of Village and
wish him well in his future endeavours.
