Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC has today published its Annual Report for the
year ended 31 December 2010 ("Annual Report") and Notice of 2011 Annual General
Meeting. Both documents are available for download at www.capital-shopping-

In addition, attention is drawn to the Company`s Audited Results for the year
ended 31 December 2010 which were published on 23 February 2011 and are also
available for download at www.capital-shopping-centres.co.uk.
Copies of the Annual Report and Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting have been
