Further to the FTSE/JSE notice issued on 2 March 2011 in relation to the
unbundling of Rand Merchant Insurance Holdings Ltd from RMB Holdings Ltd (South
Africa), and in accordance with the unbundling rule (6.2.4) and notification
from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and the JSE announces the following changes:

the index with a shares in

and an investability weighting
of 75%.

will be deleted from the index.

(J202) added to the index with a
shares in issue figure of
216,181,503 and an
investability weighting of 75%.
