RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Rob Katzen has resigned as an executive director of the Company and from his
appointment as the managing director of Ciro Beverage Solutions (Proprietary)
Limited ("Ciro"). Rob`s resignation from the Company was accepted by the Board
on 4 March 2011. His resignation from Ciro is with effect from 31 March 2011.
Rob has been a valuable member of the Company`s executive team for over twelve
years and has contributed significantly to the Company`s success. We take this
opportunity to express our gratitude to Rob, and thank him sincerely for all
that he has done for the Company.
