RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Finbond
Group Limited wishes to advise shareholders of the resignation of Mrs Nomonde
Mapetla, as a non-executive director, with immediate effect.
The board of Finbond wishes to thank Mrs Mapetla for her valuable contribution
during her tenure as a director of the Company.
