are advised that the special resolution in respect of the disposal by Dialogue
of its interest in ContinuitySA (Proprietary) Limited has now been registered
with CIPRO.
The final salient dates pertaining to the specific payment to shareholders, as
announced on SENS on 13 January 2011, are as follows:
