RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of QPG held today,
all the resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general meeting, except
for the two ordinary resolutions detailed below, were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders.
Ordinary resolution number 2 and ordinary resolution number 3, relating to the
re-election of directors who retired by rotation, were withdrawn due to these
directors having vacated their offices prior to the annual general meeting.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
