Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for EXXARO RESOURCES
LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (EXX) and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to EXXARO RESOURCES LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (EXX)Trustees of the Share
Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 300 cents per EXXNIE share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 11 April 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 01 April 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 04 April 2011. and the
record date is Friday, 08 April 2011
