PASSING AWAY OF DIRECTOR
It is with great sadness that the board of directors of Zaptronix announces the
untimely death of Paul Reeves, non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit
Committee of Zaptronix.
The board would like to extend its condolences to Mrs Reeves and her family.
The board will announce its succession plan in due course.
This announcement is in compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited.
