DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON MTN GROUP LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("MTNIHG")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of MTN Group Limited
have declared a final dividend of 349 cents per ordinary share payable on
Monday, 4 April 2011, to ordinary shareholders and recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 1 April 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
MTNIHG, will receive an MTN Group Limited dividend of 349 cents per security on
Monday, 4 April 2011, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 25
March 2011.
MTNIHG Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 28 March 2011, and the record date
will be Friday, 1 April 2011.
