DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE AGL SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ANGLO AMERICAN PLC
ORDINARY SHARES and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
ANGLO AMERICAN PLC ORDINARY SHARES (AGL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
have declared a dividend amount of 289.06 cents per AGLNIH share instalment
that is payable on Thursday, 28 April 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 25 March 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 28 March 2011 and the
record date is Friday, 01 April 2011.
