ACQUISITION OF SHARES BY ANDREW HUNTLEY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company") was notified on 9 March
2011 that:
On 11 November 2010, Andrew Huntley, a Non-executive Director of the
Company, purchased a total of 12,000 ordinary shares of 25p each at a price
of 151.67p per share. On the same date, his wife Mrs. Juliet Huntley
purchased a total of 14,000 ordinary shares of 25p at a price of 151.67p
per share.
Furthermore, on 2 March 2011, Andrew Huntley purchased a total of 25,000
ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 149.3p per share.
Andrew Huntley`s shareholding in the Company is now 75,000 ordinary shares
of 25p each (0.012%).
