APPOINTMENT OF PART-TIME FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In accordance with rules 3.59 and 3.84(h) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that Mr. Stephen
Black, currently an executive director on the board of directors of m Cubed, has
been appointed as the part-time financial director of m Cubed with immediate
effect.
Mr. Black currently also acts as the part-time financial director of the JSE
listed company White Water Recourses Limited ("WWR") and will resign at the
upcoming WWR general meeting which is to be held on Tuesday, 22 March 2011.
Following his resignation as part-time financial director of WWR, Mr. Black will
assume the role of full time financial director of m Cubed.
The board welcomes the appointment of Mr. Black as financial director and looks
forward to his valued contributions.
