POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
1.POSTING OF CIRCULAR
Holders of ordinary shares and ordinary class "A" shares in BCX ("BCX
Shareholders") are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 15 December
2010 and published in the press on 17 December 2010 regarding the proposed
acquisition by BCX from UCS Group Limited ("UCS") of the shares and claims in
certain of the underlying subsidiaries of UCS ("the Acquisition").
BCX Shareholders are hereby advised that a circular containing details of the
Acquisition and incorporating a notice of general meeting ("the Circular") was
posted to BCX Shareholders today, 9 March 2011.
2.NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
A general meeting of BCX Shareholders ("General Meeting") will be held at 11h00
on Thursday, 31 March 2011, in the Fundi Auditorium, Business Connexion Park
North, Block Q, 789 Sixteenth Road, Randjespark, Midrand, 1685 for the purpose
of considering and, if deemed fit, passing with or without modification, the
resolutions required to approve and implement the Acquisition as set out in the
notice of General Meeting included in the Circular.
3. SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
The salient dates and times relating to the Acquisition are set out below:

Last day for the receipt of proxy forms by Tuesday, 29 March

General Meeting of BCX Shareholders to be Thursday, 31 March

1. The above dates and times are subject to change. Any material changes will be
released on SENS and published in the South African press.
2. All times quoted in this announcement are South African times.
3. Please note that the date relating to the listing of the consideration shares
as set out above is indicative, based on the assumption that the last condition
precedent will be fulfilled on 29 April 2011. The date of the listing of the
consideration shares will change should the last condition precedent be
fulfilled before or after 29 April 2011.
