CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Curro Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited ("Curro"), a subsidiary of Paladin, have decided to
proceed with a listing of Curro within the next few months, in addition, Paladin
is considering other corporate actions, which if successfully concluded, may
have a material effect on the price of the Company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
