CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given of the following changes to Putprop`s board of
directors ("the Board"):
Mr Albino Carleo, after 23 years of service, has resigned as an executive
director and as Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 31 March 2011,
following his decision to retire.
The Board wishes to thank Albino and express their gratitude for his many years
of dedicated service to the company and wishes him well for his retirement;
Mr Bruno Carleo, currently an executive director, has been appointed as the new
Chief Executive Officer, with effect from 1 April 2011.
Bruno has been a member of the Board for many years, and the Board wishes him
well in his new position.
