Shareholders are advised that JCI has entered into negotiations, which if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company`s
shares.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s shares until a further announcement is made.
Shareholders are reminded that the Company is finalising its annual financial
statements for 2005 to 2010 and anticipates publishing them and holding the
annual general meeting for approval thereof in the second quarter of 2011.
