Further to the cautionary announcements issued on 6 November 2009, 11 December
2009, 13 January 2010, 24 February 2010, 6 April 2010, 18 May 2010, 29 June
2010, 11 August 2010, 22 September 2010, 3 November 2010, 15 December 2010
and 28 January 2011, respectively, shareholders are advised that as the
negotiations have been suspended, the said cautionary announcements are
withdrawn.
