APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given that Ansys has appointed Fezile Felix Dantile and
Matebesi David Keebine as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
Fezile who holds a B Comm, is currently the Managing Director of SIMS (Pty)
Limited, a private company involved in construction and maintenance of railway
infrastructure. He is also a director of Plasserail (SA) (Pty) Limited and
SimsKhula (Pty) Limited, both of which are in the rail industry. Fezile was
President of the RailRoad Association of South Africa from 2004 to 2005 and
again from 2009 to 2010. He is a member of the Institute of Personnel Management
and the Black Management Forum.
David holds a B Comm and a Manager Development Diploma from the South African
Institute of Management. He has been the managing director of Imfuyo Projects
(Pty) Limited for the last seven years. Previously he was the financial manager
and divisional director of Voith Turbo (Pty) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Voith Germany.
The board welcomes both non-executive directors and is looking forward to a
mutually beneficial working relationship.
