GEN - General - Listings Requirements pertinent to Depository Receipts ("DRs")
Given the increased interest in listing via the DR mechanism, the JSE has taken
the decision to implement dedicated Listings Requirements for purposes of
listing DRs. The JSE hereby invites the public to comment on the aforementioned
addition to the Listings Requirements. The draft Listings Requirements relating
to DRs can be found on the following URL: http://www.jse.co.za/How-To-List-A-
Company/Main-Board/Listing-requirements.aspx. Please note that all comments
must be provided to the JSE by no later than close of business on Friday 1 April
2011. Comments can be sent to the following address nicolask@jse.co.za.
