ACQUISITION BY CAPITAL OF ALL PANGBOURNE LINKED UNITS: REGISTRATION OF ORDER OF
COURT
Capital and Pangbourne unitholders are referred to the announcement released on
SENS yesterday, 10 March 2011 and are advised that the Order of Court
sanctioning the scheme of arrangement referred to therein has been registered by
the Registrar of Companies.
All conditions to implementation of the scheme have now been fulfilled and the
salient dates for implementation of the scheme are as follows:

Last day to trade in order to participate in the
