advised that Mr. Henk Engelbrecht has been appointed as the group financial
director with effect from 14 March 2011.
Henk is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 29 years experience in investment
banking and corporate finance, having worked for KPMG, ABSA, Grindrod Bank and
Vunani during his career.
