APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY
The board of directors of the company wishes to advise shareholders that
Christina Maria Koekemoer has been appointed as Financial Director with effect
from Tuesday 1 March 2011. As a consequence of Mrs. Koekemoer`s appointment
as Financial Director, she relinquished her duties as Company Secretary.
Samistha Haripersad has been appointed as Company Secretary of the company
with effect from Tuesday 1 March 2011.
