Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22 June 2010
for Brimstone Investment Corporation Limited ("Brimstone"), wherein it was
stated that, as a result of the unbundling of a portion of Brimstone`s interest
in Health Strategic Investments Limited ("Health") and the subsequent unbundling
of Health`s interest in Life Healthcare, all Brimstone shareholders received 40
Life Healthcare ordinary shares for every 100 Brimstone shares they owned.
Shareholders are advised that a non-executive director of Life Healthcare, MA
Brey has exercised his Brimstone share options granted through the Brimstone
Share Trust. Accordingly, in compliance with the JSE Limited Listings
