CONSOLIDATION OF SHARE CAPITAL AND INCREASE IN AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL -
SALIENT DATES AND TIMES ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the company proposes, subject to shareholders
passing the requisite special and ordinary resolutions at a general meeting of
the company`s shareholders (the "general meeting"), to consolidate the company`s
share capital on a 10 to 1 basis (the "consolidation") and to increase the
company`s authorised share capital (collectively, the "corporate actions").
A circular relating to the corporate actions was dispatched to Consolidated
Infrastructure shareholders today, 14 March 2011. A notice convening the general
meeting which is to be held at 11h00 on Friday, 15 April 2011 (or immediately
after the annual general meeting), at the registered office of the company being

circular.
