APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are hereby advised of the appointment of Ms Lynette Taylor as an
independent non-executive director to the board of directors of Efficient with
effect from 15 March 2011.
Lynette holds a B Juris and LLB degree, LLM in Banking Law and a Higher Diploma
in Taxation and has extensive experience as a legal advisor, especially in the
banking industry.
Lynette will also serve on the Audit and Risk Committee as well as the Business
Development Committee.
