Further to the transaction announcements, dated 18 January 2011 and 22
November 2010, the Board of PSV has pleasure in announcing that all
conditions precedent relating to the acquisition of Turbo Agencies (Pty) Ltd
have been met and that the acquisition is now unconditional in all respects.
