With respect to the announcement published on 11 March 2011, regarding the
changes to the terms and conditions of RMHIDD after the RMH Corporate Action,
please be advised as follows:
Due to a misinterpretation, holders of RMHIDD erroneously received an
additional 1.46154 warrants for every 1 RMHIDD held as at LDT 4 March 2011
and Record Date 11 March 2011.
Holders were however only entitled to receive an additional 0.46154 warrants
for every 1 RMHIDD held as at LDT 4 March 2011 and Record Date 11 March 2011.
Accordingly Holders positions will be amended to reflect the correct
positions.
