CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby notified that Messrs Neels Minnie and Johan
Rall, both alternate directors to executive directors, have resigned from the
board of directors of B&W ("the board") with effect from 31 March 2011 and 30
April 2011, respectively.
The board thanks Neels and Johan for their contribution, and wishes them well
in their future endeavours.
