DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SBKNII SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for STANDARD BANK GROUP
LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (SBK) and that as a result of the dividend declaration
relating to STANDARD BANK GROUP LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (SBK)Trustees of the
Share Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 245 cents per SBKNII share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 11 April 2011.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 01 April 2011. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 04 April 2011. The
record date is Friday, 08 April 2011.
