CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Brikor`s shareholders are hereby notified of the following changes to
the board of directors of Brikor.
Mrs. Evelyn Chimombe-Munyoro has resigned as non-executive director from the
board with effect from 15 March 2011. The board of Brikor would like to thank
Mrs. Chimombe-Munyoro for her efforts and wish her well in her future
endeavours.
