CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
Brikor`s shareholders are hereby notified of the following change to the board
of directors of Brikor.
Mr Elmar Grobbelaar has resigned as non-executive director from the board with
effect from 18 March 2011. The board of Brikor would like to thank Elmar for his
efforts and wish him well in his future endeavours.
