Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 9 March 2011 setting
out the details of the disposal of certain intellectual property of Mint
Management Technology (Pty) Ltd, and are advised that the financial effects of
the disposal are not significant (i.e. are less than 3%)and are therefore not
required to be disclosed. Accordingly shareholders are no longer required to
exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities.
