INTENTION TO SEEK ADMISSION TO THE OFFICIAL LIST AS A PREMIUM LISTING AND
CANCELLATION OF TRADING ON AIM
The Board of Lonrho is pleased to announce that the Company intends to apply
for admission of its issued share capital to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority ("Official List") as a premium listing and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange`s Main Market for listed securities ("Main Market") by
way of an introduction.
The Company hereby gives notice of the intended cancellation of admission to
trading of the Company`s issued share capital on AIM. It is expected that the
admission of the Company`s shares to the Official List and to trading on the
Main Market will take place simultaneously with the cancellation of the
admission to trading on AIM, and will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on or
around 26 April 2011.
The Company has been granted a waiver under AIM Rule 41 from seeking consent
from shareholders in a general meeting for such cancellation of trading.
The Company looks forward to a further announcement shortly concerning the
publication of its Prospectus.
