TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of section 3.4 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as
they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the
financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by at least
20% or more from the financial results for the previous corresponding
period.
Shareholders are advised that Accentuate is currently finalising its
results for the six months ended 31 December 2010. Accentuate is expecting
an loss per share of between 27.00 and 32.00 cents per share which is down
from earnings per share of 8.31 cents per share for the comparative period,
and headline earnings per share between 2.00 and 5.00 cents per share down
from 8.25 cents per share for the comparative period. The financial
information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed
by Accentuate`s auditors.
The results for the six months ended 31 December 2010 will be published on
SENS on or about 29 March 2011.
