APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The board is pleased to announce that Mr. Johan du Toit has been appointed as
Independent Non-Executive Director of the company with immediate effect.
Johan is a chartered accountant and served in various capacities in the
financial services and the operational sector. Johan formed part of the
restructuring team who implemented a turnaround strategy at The Kelly Group
Limited and the subsequent listing of the group in April 2007 on the JSE main
board. He assisted with the debt and business restructuring of RTT Group (Pty)
Ltd previously known as The Fuel Logistics Group (Pty) Ltd for the period August
2009 to December 2010.
