Appointment of Lindsay Maxsted
Further to the announcement on 23 March 2011 advising of the appointment of
Lindsay Maxsted as a Director of BHP Billiton Plc and BHP Billiton Limited with
effect from 23 March 2011 we now advise details of Mr Maxsted`s interests in BHP
Billiton shares:
