RICHEMONT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Richemont announces the nomination of Ms Maria Ramos to the Board of Directors
of Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA.
Ms Ramos is currently Group Chief Executive of Absa Group Limited, South
Africa and is a member of the Executive Committee of Barclays Bank PLC, United
Kingdom. Previous positions held by Ms Ramos include Director-General of the
National Treasury of South Africa and Group Chief Executive of Transnet
Limited, South Africa.
Ms Ramos has been nominated for election to the Board of Directors of
Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA at the Company`s Annual General Meeting, to
be held on 7 September 2011. Her appointment is subject to the approval of the
shareholders at that meeting. Ms Ramos will serve as a non-executive director.
