Retirement of Company Secretary.
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
the board of directors of Trustco ("the Board") wishes to inform shareholders
that Mr PJ Miller has retired as Company Secretary with effect from 25 March
2011.
Mrs C Bazuin has been appointed in his stead in an acting capacity, until a
permanent appointment is made. A further announcement in this regard will be
made in due course.
The Company wishes to thank Mr. Miller for his contribution during his tenure
as Company Secretary.
